Teton Sands... Origins

The Teton Sands Group is an international management consulting firm based in Cheyenne, Wyoming with practices in Europe, China, and Russia.   It was organized in the early 1990's by former C-level executives who wished to advance the science of management and to make their collective experiences accessible to a wider audience in an efficient forum.

Prior to founding Teton Sands, the principals had collectively raised $10 billion in public and private financings;  participated in 2,100 IPO’s;  audited 1,000 delistings;  and, managed logistics systems that moved half of America’s packaged goods.

One of the firm’s founders is widely credited with coining the terms Best Practice Review and Demand Chain Management.  Another created NASDAQ’s iconic Market Site on Times Square.

An early interdisciplinary project to integrate best practices from their respective industries resulted in Accessible Consultancy™ for five specialized disciplines ~ Profit Center Accounting;  Sales & Sales Strategy;  Best Practice Reviews;  Forensic Accounting;  and, Demand Chain Management.
